Dear Mr. Ranjith! ( This mail might be little harsh, but this is addressed to HUTCH as a whole brand in caring customers and not to personally target any specific individuals!)


Pl. find below my mail reply to your itemised bill statement on 26th august!!!! generally you reply within 2 days!!!(that's what you commit!!)


today is 1st of september....no replies to me....




  • suddenly some one calls from hutch, saying that when will you pay the balance outstanding???




What is this? When some one having one single unique mobile no., complaints and negotiates on one end...another end...some one else follows up on payment....another end...some one else...switches off outgoing....




  • activated my sim thru' my application with one Ms. priya @ hutch, TTK Road, Alwarpet (direct!!) outlet with specific instructions on itemised bill!!!??? itemised bill didn't happen to me; wanted higher credit limit (not rs.1500/-) gave 98860 61070 my b'lore hutch ref. NO USE!!!- suddenly, when I activated roaming to two visits to bangalore, both visits, when inbangalore, ROAMING DID NOT HAPPEN?




The hutch commitment???


- call agentbangalore upon complaint says, sorry! we can't access chennai clients' account, CUSTOMER HAS TO CALL CHENNAI???


What sensible answer it is?when client gets roaming activated in chennai as per proper system and process!!!??? of hutch and then inbangalore, if ROAMING does not get activated, I have to call and spend money to activate my sim???

ON 12TH AND 13TH JULY....do you really care for your customers!!! you wont, but you want your clients to pay your bills inspite of unruly, uncared service!!! so, what is there in your great professional approach, branding, few lakhs worth of media clips, tv ads...etc...






is it real or falsification projection of brand....


Now, adding fuel to the fire,




  • when you have not activated, I HAVE DIVERTED MY SIM, I DON'T REMEMBER, BUT YOU HAVE CHARGED THE BILL TWICE...




HOW HUTCH ADDS FUEL TO FIRE TO CLIENTS:




  • irresponsibile replies, cutting calls while calling your call center (as you did not want client's bad customer service conversations to be taped/recorded (as your superior will question and interrogate your capability)




  • visiting your hutch shop, no responsible customer care front desk...oh! so, rude answers...have we taken any loan from hutch and not repaying...or that's the punishment for using hutch sim like 4000/6000 bills being the high end user of hutch...




  • my mails to customer care ids...not getting replied in time....




  • you suddenly cut outgoing calls




  • you ask for a credit limit request from your customer, (Mr. Ranjith! you may pl. refer your earlier mail dated to me!)






-then when client replies as Rs.5000/- on 26th or 28th July, till 30th, when I went to pay my bill, that new!!!credit limit was not updated!....


when I have new credit limit on oneside saying 5000/- (your request to client asking for credit limit...???!!!)


A CREDIT LIMIT MEANS...YOU ENJOY THE LIMIT TILL IT GETS OVER...YOUR UNRULY EVERY TEN MINUTE REMINDERS ON CREDIT LIMIT GETTING OVER...CLIENT KNOWS WHEN TO PAY....


this is sheer customer disorientation, wrong attitude, corporate bureaucracy, for sales, you will market like mad...by calling...smsing...posters, huge media ads...branding....but when it comes to servicing clients..IT IS JUST A ZERO.....\


A SHEER CUSTOMER HUE AND CRY LIKE THIS...WHICH WILL GO TO DEAFEN EARS....\n \nWILL AWAIT A REPLY OR THIS WILL GET ESCALATED TILL THE TOP...

i would as well use some service provider, who will have intentions good (atleast!!) for service....
