2nd TIME FRAUD DONE WITH CUSTOMER. Again there is bluff in my bill. Last bill was full of bluffed & your nodal officer said I have to pay 50 %.
Without my mistake I paid 50 % amount which was unnecessary charged, But this time I cant tolerate because again there is same charges in my bill infect with double amount. I don't know whats going on with VODAFONE but this time I make you sure I will not pay single money for unnecessary amount.
Please look into my matter very seriously this is second time I am complaining and every month I cant write mail for this non sense topics. I am with Vodafone connection from last almost 2 years, earlier I was with Airtel from last 5 years.
I have never face any problem in Airtel. But VODAFONE seems to be bluff master. NEED SOLUTION ASAP OTHERWISE I WILL KNOCK CONSUMER FORUM DOOR AND SO MANY PLACES WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN GO.
