I was a vodafone customer for many years and I wanted to switch my broadband so I decided to give vodafone and try. From day 1 they never had steady download speeds. I was paying for the "up to 76mbps " Download speeds with a guaranteed minimum of 54 mbps. Every evening I was beaing throttled down to speed of 4 to 10mbps. I spent many nights on the phone for somethings hours doing speeds tests, Typing this, Typing that, nothing seemed to work and the next night different operator sane process. I eventually cancelled my contract because I was still within the 30 days period where I could cancel and I couldn't be bothered with it anymore .
