I've been with Vodafone for 6 loyal years, and the second I have a problem the customer service team have been absolutely horrendous.
It got to the point where each night id get in from work and have to be on live chat, on the phone with them for hours at a time for the matter still not to be resolved. It is beyond a joke, and I can't wait to leave them. I could type up the entire issue but it's not even worth my time, would never recommend them to anyone
