Billing 299 limited
599 unlimited
Prepaid 399 unlimited
I called them as my friend using a billing with 399 unlimited and when i called they said such schemes doesn't exist the lady ruchi rahul kept me on hold and then she told me we cn go top customer care some representatives have right to give such scheme but on the call. Its simply fraud and nothing else. I just cant change my number because I'm using it since 7-8 yrs. Nothing to say. This people now bloody charges for tollfree 50p for 3 mins
1st fraud in bills now tollfree charges, what the hell is happening

Posting on behalf of friend. Have just migrated from postpaid to prepaid. This is my 1st bill cycle. Here is my plan:
1) blackberry prosumer lite
2) 35 sms scheme
3) 299 double value plan
Now normally in prepaid i dont use more than 800 rs. My 1st bill came for rs.//6075 and shouldn't be more than 1000.

350 local sms charged 193(not done more thn this )
Blackberry charged 8779

But the 1st thing is blackbery is free. I called on helpline.they said sometimes there are problems in discounting. And my credit limit being 6000 my account has been barred thrice in a month. Filing a complain in consumer court also....
Why the hell should i pay because of there mistake?
Am going to sue them. Vodafone sucks as they are just cheating the customers for billing as if the customers r blind.
