I am on the network of Vodafone since 2004 when it was in market in the name of Hutch. Reason to continue with this network is only the availability. There is no network problem. Even in the basement, I don't face any kind of problem.
But the problem is its customer care centre was always busy. Anytime I call, I have to wait for atleast 10 mins. Most of the times, I don't get connected with their executives. And now see, what they have done to solve this problem. They have made the calls chargeable. I haven't ever seen that a toll free number becomes toll payable. This should not have been done. If they have huge no. of customers, they should appoint more executives to handle their problems. After all "Customer to be treated as God". Company had around 50% growth in its turnover in 2007-08 India. It has not stopped at March 2008.
Company is still growing in turnover. In this way, they can provide employment to unemployed resources.
