I remember I took my first "Hutch" sim card in my junior college. Those who don't know what Hutch is. Vodafone was earlier named "Hutch" and even before Hutch it was called "Orange".  I used it for a year or two and then I switched to "Loop" because it offered great 10 ka gang plan for the college students. But now recently I again switched to Vodafone as it offered great corporate plans to the employees.

Yes, vodafone offers best network coverage. You are reachable even in areas where no other network works. I have used other networks too and so I can say that vodafone offers best network. Internet plans are also good.

The thing I am not happy about is its customer care service. Whenever you call their customer care number you hear only the automated voice assisting  you. They don't have any direct option to talk to their customer care executives. I searched on the google too to find a way to talk to their executive and found that many people are facing the same issue which I am facing and there is no proper answer available for the same.

Also I have a plan which offers me 500 mins free per month. So at the mid of the month if I want to know how many free minutes I am left with, there is no way to find it out. The only option I have is to wait for my bill to know how much minutes I actually used in that month. They have an option where the user can check the current data usage, similarly they should also have it for checking the balance of free minutes.
