I have coupla very small issues with vodafone's processes and customer service that forced me to write this review. Just to let ya'll know that I got a new connection last month.
#1. Customer verification: They took my photo id proof, house address proof. A verification was done over the phone and last but not the least a person visited my house to verify that I actually live at that address. Then after coupla days, a person calls me again to verify my personal details so that vodafone knows I am actually living at that address. Why would I give my personal details to someone on phone and how do I know that he/she is calling from vodafone?
#2. Personal details: My first name is spelled incorrectly and my father's middle and last name is missing completely. Why on earth they need to mention my father's name on the bill? I call them twice to rectify it but the person repeats same thing n number of time that I have to go to vodafone shop with valid photo id proof to get it corrected. I told them that I already gave it when I took the connection so why should I go anywhere. Its a mistake on their part so they should correct it, but person again repeats same thing. Why do they repeat same thing again and again!
Really annoyed!
