Vodafone is a good network company with good range in many places . Even though they have raised the cost of internet and calls, the service and quality of connection is agreeable .
Few days back they started charging for my messages .But I immediately called customer service and they took my complaint seriously . Call centre people were very friendly, listening to my problems .
The next day they resolved my problems and called me immediately . Problem fixed the very next day . My whole family uses vodafone and are satisfied with the service .
Hope they continue the same and be loyal to its regular customer . Good service means loyal customers .
