The network is good and call doesn't drop.I m using this service from past 5 Years.Vodafone has the good connectivity even in rural areas of india. The 4G internet service is not acceptable as compare to other companies. In my personal experiance the 4G gives the same speed as it gives in 3G data plan.cusomer support is very good, but some area 3 G data is not working. The data plans are bit expensive, but it gives internet access even in the low range.As the network coverage is good the customer service is bad.They just hear your complaint and does not take any action on it .Number of spam calls from the vodafone is around 4 to 5 time in a day. I recommende you to block the spam number, it resloves the problem for me.The call rate is 40p per min with new sim card after 2 mounths it vary on your plan.
