Vodafone customer for 8 years, ordered new contract phone on 10/4/16 to be told I would receive it on 12/04/16 I never received confirmation from DPD so rang VF to be told my time slot was 14.16pm that time came & went, so rang them again, after being cut off half way through explaing everything even tho I had previously done this earlier they informed me my phone wasn't in stock & wasn't sure why I was told it was on its way.


I asked to complain they put me through to someone I had to give my details to for 4th time in one day who then told me I couldn't complain until I had received my handset, they also said "iam a vf customer myself after my shift finishes maybe you shouldn't be so angry with me" are they serious! Get English people who can understand and explain properly what they are trying to say.


I still don't know when I'm receiving phone but I know I've had enough customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, lies, lies lies & people who don't have a clue, they will keep passing you through to different departments who will ask same questions & give you totally different information & make VF & DPD look bad by blatantly lying to you! USELESS
