I am pissed off with Vodafone customer service team and also their higher ups. No one even bothered to call me. I have been chasing them for the past 5 days now. It is has been horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone.
I was suppose to get a call for addressing my concerns, for the first time I receive a call today at 6 pm from 912271713333. Now see the audacity, one guy calls me I don't remember his name but I have shared the number you can track with it.
He said that he had received my complaint and found it to be correct and it will be rectified. However, it will take some time and hence he will be closing my Complaint and requested me to raise a fresh complain again so that his TAT is maintained. I strictly warned him not to close my complaint unless it is resolved and I give a confirmation.
He said fine and disconnected the call. After 10 mins I receive a text message on my Mobile stating that my complaint has been satisfactorily addressed.
