I didn't like Vodafone at all. I'm very disappointed with its service. I'm using Vodafone sim card for over 3 years but I'm not satisfied with it at all. This company haven't started it 3g service in Jammu area. All service providers have started 3g but I'm not able to use it. Now comes at its customer service it is good.
I'm also happy with its service because the signal of this company doesn't trips like other providers. It has also launched its mpesa which is proved to be very good.
