I feel this review is:
Initially Vodafone used to be good in all aspects such as service providers, queries resolution etc.But day by day Vodafone is degrading their service and maintaining very poor quality standards and today it is in very pathetic condition.Vodafone is trying to compete with other mobile operators .In that effort they are focusing on the new plans to be implemented but not on the quality of those plans.More over I personally faced one issue while having discussion with customer care operator.The way they are responding to the queries were not appreciable.Moreover their main focus will be on the request for rating of the queries or discussion we have over the call.Not all the mobile operators are good but they are not so degraded as vodafone
