I had recently got my Idea prepaid no. ported to vodafone postpaid. And I have never regretted this more. The service connectivity is bad even in the heart of the city of Delhi. Plus, they have set my credit limit very low(Rs. 500). Every week or so, this amount get exceeded without any warnings or so and my services get barred until I make a payment of Rs 500. I do not see a point why postpaid connection exists when I have to make the payment 4-5 times a month.
To my dismay, I have called the customer care executive many times. They keep telling me that they will help but nothing fruitful comes out even talking to them for 15-20 mins. When I ask thto transfer my call to their supervisors, they keep it on hold for another 10 mins and then disconnect.
Sometimes, they tell me that I have no other option but to wait for few months and then only they can increase the credit limit and for getting some increased limit I have to go to some nearest store and deposit some money. Donno why vodafone's standard has stooped so low that they are giving such kind of misleading informations.
I really want to discontinue my no. and so are my friends who got it ported recently just like me. But these people dont entertain that also easily. I am very upset and irritated from vodafone customer care executives
REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO GET VODAFONE POSTPAID CONNECTIONS!
