Hello Friends,


Here I am sharing a experience about vodafone cellular company.


6 month ago I was  using reliance gsm but due to excessive call drop n slow internet I have switched to vodafone postpaid plan(499+ 14.5% service tax)(Red Plan).


I have used Red Plan for 3 months but due to excessive bill(approx 1250/ month) I have  converted Red plan into corporate plan(375+ 14.5% service tax). I have cut down my uses as per plan & didn't used beyond my plan but I was surprise coz I got a bill of Rs(777/-) in next billing cycle.


Then I have called vodafone customer care they have told me that RED PLAN is active in my no. which cost(250+14.5% service tax).


I have reminded him that I have converted my plan(Red Plan to Corporate plan) then why vodafone is charging for Redplan, then the customer care executer replied to me that Sir, u haven't stoped the Red Plan. I have argued with him for long but nothing happens.


Afterthat I have asked him what's the benefit of Red Plan.? he replied "NOTHING SIR",


That moment was so painful n surprising that vodafone is charging Rs286 for no service in the name of Red Plan. Further I have to pay the bill of Rs 777 for continuous service.


I have requested him to adjut that amount in next billing cycle & to stop the plan.


he replied that ok sir I am raising a complain against that issue but no action has been taken against it.


after that I have called vodafone customer care several times but neither they have adjusted  Rs 286 or stopped Red Plan.


In current bill cycle again I have got a bill of Rs 1142.( which include RS 286 for Red plan) which I haven't used.


Again I have called vodafone customer care they have lodge another fresh complain against the issue faced by me #Complain Reference No. 135685384(Priyanka- customer care excecuter) but it's been 3 days neither they have called me for settlement or neither they have taken any action against the problem.


Still Red Plan is active in my current bill cycle  for which again I have to pay Rs 286 for the month of December too.


At the moment I am feeling exploited & cheated by vodafone.


Now I have decided to port out my no. to any another network. I have already requested the port no.


I am writting this review to aware people to avoid vodafone Postpaid connections coz once you will stuck on it vodafone will exploit till you change your network.
