Please not go for vodafone mobile connection post paid or prepaid. At the time of applying for new connection they describe some thing but after getting their service they are totally different.
They are cheaters & fraudsters. My Service requests 741971231, 741970682 & 747247736 pending for resolve since 11.11.2014.
1st they ask for 48 hours, then 5 working days, again ask for another 72 working hours but the stands where it was without any solution.
I have 4 post paid connections under corporate plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_149 with following numbers: 9810470323 8800172480 9953909128 & 9958023495 At the time of applying for new connection they describe some thing but after getting their service they are totally different.
I am pursuing with customer service executives, nodal officer & appellate officer since 11th of November, 2014 but they are refunding the amount.
To add to my agony I am facing network problem for the last 10 days or so. I have registered a complaint in this regard vide ref no 2512083868 but no one is listening.
Kindly take up the matter with Vodafone.
