I have been using vodafone for almost 14 years. They have not given me a single offer. Those who joined later are getting so many offers. Called the customer care and asked for some offer on data as I am using it a lot. They just said no offer all the time. They not even changed me to postpaid. All I wanted is a postpaid plan wherein I can have fixed bill at each month. They keep changing the prepaid data packs that is becoming very very expensive.
This is the way they treat a 14 year long customer. The coverage is good, the quality of service is very very good. No compalints.
But I feel that they can provide more and retain customer. My best friend uses BSNL. No complaint in it and lots of data offers and so. So I am MNP to BSNL. Vodafone you lost a customer thats all.
