Had taken a Vodafone connection on postpaid plan. After 3 months I walked into Koramangala Vodafone Store for converting my no to prepaid. I was shocked and terrified to see the agents responding to me in a harsh manner.
They were abusive and were very rude to me saying, if you cant afford to pay money for postpaid connection then why did you go for one." I mean this is not the way to treat a customer of Vodafone who is using their service from past 5 years.
They also blindly rejected my requested stating they cannot transfer my post paid no to prepaid. as they had no option of doing so, and they commanded me to go for a new prepaid sim. (By doing this there targets of acquisition will be taken care).
After insisting them to drop me a mail on the same. They told me to wait for sometime (I waited for almost 1 hr) and after an hr they came back to me stating they are not able to trace from which location this no was taken, hence asked me to come back tomorrow so that they will give me the location, and had asked me to go there to get the Prepaid Connection done.
I was shocked by the way these uneducated brats treated me and I just thanked them and walked away from that store.
This happened today 30-12-2013 @1.30 P.M. Even the store manager started to tell the same thing. His name was Kartik. The agent whom I interacted was at counter F. Ticket No 142
Guys! Sincere request please don't go for Vodafone service again. Airtel service is far more better with good network.
