Since 7 years I was using Vodafone sim card.
And I was quite happy with their network but from some month I was facing some problems like balance deduction for no reason not getting proper internet network.
And not getting recharge balance by time sometimes it takes around 3 to 4 hour to get balance yesterday only I tried to call customer 198 to complain about not getting balance even after 5 hours.
But they didn't give the option to talk to their customer executive I tried to talk to their customer executive many times but bad luck I was not able to get to the customer executive.
