Vodafone is bad in Wales too. My new phone is a Vodafone but I am getting it unlocked - the coverage is terrible, and they sent me a free startup of £15 but this went down to 50p in 2 days even though I hadn't used the phone!
I couldn't get to talk to them online as they wanted customer number, Pin etc, but this was impossible as I had not even had a chance to register with them yet! I also saw that if you want to talk to customer services they actually charge £1.23 a minute - other networks provide this free.
No not happy.
