Vodafone is the worst of all. Even after aishwaryasingh23ing the bills on time, they do not give a receipt. They send repeated emails and messages that the bill is not paid. They then double the bill and include in the following month's bill. After having the same trouble over and over again, they still do not accept their mistake and continue to do do. The worst of all, the staff at the KammAnasultanhalli office have major attitude.
They are not cordial, and they do not co-operate and see what the problem is. The blame is put directly on the customer. When we said we are going to change over to Airtel, they sure didn't care nor did they make any effort to retain us as customers.
Screw you're bl##@y network and you're staff. Will f#@k your reputation everywhere I go. The worst s#@t of all, is vodafone. People, please move on to Airtel or Idea. Don't ever use Vodafone network.
