In Mumbai, Vodafone Network stability and reliability has dropped drastically.
The Signal Strength Fluctuates a lot and lot of time network is unavailable.
If you have 3G Service, It wont work most of time.
It seems Vodafone has got lot new customers because of MNP but they forgot to increase the Bandwidth.
I kept Vodafone only because there customer service was good.
May be in Near future, I will switch to some other Service Provider.
