Hello again,


Today im writing my experience with Vodafone Mobile Services.


A company having a large base of customers worldwide provides voice and data services in almost every state in India. Well I'm not going to talk about their operating efficiency because it depends on region to region technical infrastructures.


Rather I'm gonna tell you about the customer support that this company is providing.


It is the WORST and MESSY support system in India.


What you want from a support system.?


To get your QUERY SOLVED, RIGHT?


You just dial a customer care number and the executive will provide you all the feasible and required support.


BUT, this is not the case with Vodafon.


You dial a CC number and an automated response will kill your atlest five minutes or more to just take you to the customer care executive bY making you choose different optins in the IVR system. They repeatedly keep you booming that they are the best service in India with differen words.


And if you are lucky enough to have a line connected the response from the executive is weird and annoying. I'll tell you how? if you call to know about status of any mobilr number you possess . the very first weird response will ne.


1.  ( Sir ye to post paid number hai aap ne prepaid CC me call lagaya hai postpaid CC me call kariye.) and if the case is vice versa


2.  ( Sir ye number maharashtra circle ka hai. aap mumbai ke CC mein baat kar rahe hai. please Mah CC me call lagaiye)


3.( Sir ye number jiski jaankari aap chah rahe hai ye Prepaid hai please Prepaid  CC me call kariye)


etc etc. Making you furious.


Now my question is what is the use of a tollfree or CC number of a company if they are not giving you information on a single desk. Ye to sarkaari office me kisi kaam ke liye chakkar lagane jaisa hai. is rpom me jaiye. us table pr falana baabu ke pass hodga. falane counter pe jake pata karo. like that.


The Company being facing a loss after Jio incarnation shoulf think that theu have to respond to acustomer query immediately. they have the moral responsibility for that. But as I have seen there Support system is not at all good.


the Executives sitting onboard are novice and just dont know how to respond. They just let their trouble to some othet number. OR just keep you on HOLD.


Just to know a status of my connection I had to call atleast 8 timed to different numbers. also paid calls.


Not at all ethical. Vodafone should change this system to avail better customer satisfaction.
