Vodafone, a misconception about good services. Review on Vodafone Mobile Operator

Vodafone, I was using the network services of this telecom provider. I got a company group account as I was working for a corporate. Did not know much about the Vodafone, then Hutch, when at least I started using. initially up and downs as the calls were made then were not reachable, call drops and not under network.

I thought its a initial phase and will happen to every one and hence kept it to myself. I was having a post paid connection then, and to be very honest, that was the only time I had a post paid. After three months of usage, I understood the real problem of the calls being getting dropped, and when ever I used to call from the same network why I used to get a repeated message, not reachable or not under network zone.

Even now, back then to now, I thought due to cut-throat competition, services might have improved a lot. But actually am wrong. I found the services to be the same as it was earlier the only thing which is improved drastically is the advertisements and the packages which they are offering. But unfortunately how good the package you offer, if the services one is providing is not up-to the international standards, one claims, then it's of no use.

Instead of them focusing on advertisement, I rather advise the Vodafone guys to recirculate the advertisement budget on the services, if you provide the customer best of services, you need not even spend much on advertisement.
