I had 2 years of really bad experience with vodafone sim. The network is bad and you are paying more for it, costlier then other networks.When it comes to 3g network the condition is more worst, you are paying more for 3g Internet but it doesn't even justify 2g Internet service.Money gets deducted for unwanted services which you have not opted for.Very difficult to communicate with their costumer care representative and if you are lucky enough to talk to them they will try to convince you that it is your mistake, you have opted for the services you are charged. Ultimately after too much stress I opted to port to other network.Vodafone needs to improve a lot. Bad network, expensive talk time rates and data plans, and equaly bad costumer care services.
