I am using vodafone since 7 Years and not even a single time I found its network to be down .Network Part is key the feature of any o fthe telecom operator as the wholesole service is dependent on Network. I have gone through other networks also but found network fluctuations repeatedly on changing the locations or elsewhere.but network connectivity of vodafone never gets fluctuate varies to location to locations .No call drops, No cross talks, No signal fluctuations except a day or two
Now 4G coverage of voda is becoming unbeatable 4g speed will eman web pages loads faster while apps and other software, movies, videos, audios downloads more quickly speed of voda is measured in Mbps and average 4g speed being provided by vodafone is 5 Mbps which is fast enough for practically you could ever want to do online including video streaming. Call menu format of vodafone is so user friendly and easy to use that even a zero knowledge subscriber can use it with no confusions and issues.
Charges are very nominal as compared to other operators Pay what you use and in case of any server issue or wrong billing waiver process is also very smooth.
In some comparisions I found that vodafone is more costly than other operator but when I go through the network part and other prompt serviecs I found that my every coin is justified .Now the billing process is also very simple you can request ebilll and thats all done.One payment facilities are available which reduced extra labour .
The only thing which need to be upgraded is cost . Costing for voda subscribers goes much more as compare to others .Costing part needs to be upgraded and it should be reduced.
