This is one of the worst services as far as issue resolution is concerned. I am facing call drops/call disconnects, data connection working on Edge or 2G most of the time since June 2015.
I have called and also, wrote emails to Vodafone Corp Care but to no avail. I am always told that the issue would be resolved in 3 or 7 days and no resolution is provided.I have not paid my last month's bill as the issue has not been resolved and now my calls have been barred.
