I am using vidaphone service from quite a long perioid when it comes to providing network signal the are best as compared to other network provider but talking about internet service provider they are worst than any other internet provider
first I was using 2 g which was quite better but when I upgraded to their 3 g service which ia very worst it is useless even their 2 g service is better than their 3 g service
according to me they must have providing less salary and beifits to their employee as many a times they are not at all intrested in solving clients issue.
I personaly dont see any growth in company also I doubt that their work culture is good or not.
over all ceo must look in to matter that their customer as well as their employee are being un happy so he shuld change for betterment of their clients
