Fraud done by Vodafone. Review on Vodafone Essar Ltd

I was a Vodafone customer from last two years and was paying my bill every month prominently. there were two numbers on my name out of which one number bill was pending. I received a call from vodafone that one of numbers bill is outstanding so please make payment I said ok and called the executive to collect the amount on 4/1/2010. My another bill amount was also due but it's duedate was 5/1/2010, the guy came to my home naming Shishir he collected the amount of the said bill and said Sir if you have another Voda number and want to pay bill of that then give it to me, I will credit it into your voda account. I said I normally pay my bills at Voda store and tomorrow is my duedate so I will pay tomorrow you can go now, he started forcing me no problem sir but why are you wasting your time by going to voda store trust me, just to make this thing sure I called up customer care and confirmed his agency name(Global Direct)and ask that cust care exe if I handover cash to this guy will it be ok?

He said yes and I handed over cash but he didn't gave me the receipt. the amount was Rs. 4000, I asked him for the receipt he started giving me bullshits saying that your this number is not in my database so I cannot give you receipt but trust me I will credit it in to your account and will let you know the transaction number within 2 hours. After such a long argument I finall decided to handover the cash, he cut down the payment slip part from my bill and went. I waited for him to call me on that day but not received any so I called Shishir in the evening he picked up my call and said it will take 48 hrs I fight with him on the phone and waited for 48 hrs. on 7/1/2010 I called Shishir just to confirm his agency name and his name he said his name is Shishir and working in Global Direct agency for voda, I recorded his conversation for future reference as I have not received any messages or call from voda for my payment confirmation. From 8/1/2010 to 11/1/2010 I was chasing shirshir but he was not picking up my calls. Hence I asked my fiance to call him and confirm. She called him and he picked up her call as soon as she started inquiring about payment he has abused her very badly. On same day 11/1/2010 me and my fiance visited vodafone store to give this complaint but there also they assured me action will be taken but nothing has been done so far. finally I went to the Vodafone company at lower parel, peninsula corporate park and meet their seniors. Next day Voda asistant manager Rishi Rathod come to my home and brought shishir infront of me and inquire about the matter but infront of all he denied that he accepted Rs. 4000 from me my mom had become so angry and she went to beat him but I controlled her.

Rishi Rathos promised me that necessary action will be taken but so far nothing has been done and nor rishi wants me to close this matter internally. Vodfone has disconnected my line now and fall me into losses. I logged a police complaint and the process is going on but still no result. I suggest all Vodafone Customers to beware of vodafone fraud executives.
