I had taken Vodafone Dongle in the month of December and right from day one I have been complaining about service. Customer Service is also the same. Even after writing to senior management I have not received resolution in last 2 months.
Now I am disconnecting my mobile and net connection, I do not want to associate with vodafone at all. However they are not even replying on mail and Call centre inspite of complaining so many times do not have idea of complaint. What sort of crm they use!
Please do not take internet services from Vodafone. Its a nightmare. Its not even worth rating.
