Vivo Y27L I brought 2 months ago .I thought that It will be good smart phone .Because it is new phone to take the market it has to good quality.But not at all .It price is not less around 10 thousand.It has 1 GB ram but not work like that ram . All time it would be hang.Its processor process very slow.That is very bad.
Camera quality is avarage, not to tell good .
Even flash phota is very bad both front and reare.You are not suitable for night phota. Video camera is also bad.It is smart phone but it is actually not smart.All smart facilities is avable but not reable.I think this product rateing should be very bad.
Network coverage is not good at all.In first day one slot do not support sim.It work one slot only.In office or village it show very low signal.So it do not provide good network coverage.
It customer service is very bad. They do not good behave to the customar.And not provide suitable solution to the customer.service center are not avaible in small city.
Service center are only in metro city but not many more.Even they not communicate to the customar.So it is very bad to us.
Charge capacity is not good.If you it use continue it would be capable maximum 2-3 hours.you should be use every time power bank.you do not enjoy movie comfortably.
So I highly recommend to you not to buy this phone.
