Its was promised by the viveks agent to us tgat they deliver the AC on very next day of booking...but uts been delivered after a week... installation team also giving stories to alot a slot for installation... No customer support and no guinity in viveks... Its true that the customers said in the above reviews...so better choose other vendors... Else if we book a AC for this summer then viveks will deliver and install by next summer only...
