I signed up with my son for swimming classes conducted by coach Vikram Babu. After the first week the coach was replaced.
We had checked the hotel guidelines beforehand and queried about hotel guests using the pool. We were informed that the hotel guests will NOT be allowed to use the pool during coaching time. The hotel had a strict policy of 10 students per batch and said even 1 extra person will not be allowed.
In the second week there were 3 hotel guests in the pool for 3 consecutive days. Today there were 9 hotel guests+ 1 toddler(2 years) and minimum 3 families(approx 10 guests) by the poolside.(see pictures of both ends of the pool with all the extra people)
Is that acceptable and by what safety standards. We are paying thrice the normal fees to ensure privacy. I did not wanted to be gawked at while I am trying to learn something.
Besides I want the original instructor back as I have not made any progress after he left. It is a complete waste of my money.
