I was planning to buy a Maruti car in Mumbai and visited some dealers and finally decided to go with Vitesse.
Following points make Vitesse as a trustworthy dealer:1. Strong at commitment; you will receive the car on the said delivery date or you will be informed for the delay in delivery, if any and I am sure it is not done deliberately to harass the customers 2. Very Professionally manages set up; People who explain you know the product in and out and are in a consulting mode and are not pushy for selling it.(let us not forget that all sales guys largely live on commissions and they might try to convince you for a high end car.I am sure we have to evaluate our need and take a prudent call.)3. A central point of contact is assigned for all queries once you book a car and the best part is that the phone numbers of the contact person always work.4. After sales service is also excellent as they have a good workshop and I have been to workshop and there have been times that I have got the car fixed at Zero cost.5. I spoke to some employees and they confirmed to be working with Vitesse for 5/10/15 years.and that shows that the People and Processes seem to be well managed.6. They have a True Value division where you can sell your used car too.(one may buy a used car also).
