Airline industry in India is more about cheap fares and less facilities, Vistara has emerged as a figure among ciphers. I took a flight from chandigarh to delhi it was a very short flight and it was my first time with vistara and I must say it had something different from its competitors, and being a frequent flyer with almost all other airlines in India I can vouch that. Check in was smooth and flight was on time. I found the staff pleasent and very helpful. All seats were leather with a premium feel to it. I also found that leg room was way better even in economy. They also served some sandwich etc even on this short flight. Only thing that I found negative about this flight was there were no screens even in the business class, I think business class pessengers deserves some in flight entertainment for paying such a huge amount. Overall it was a different experience, and I mean it in a positive way.
