I had to board the flight without any check-in luggage . It was still 45 mins for the flight and by the time I reached the counter it was 7 minutes more. They refused boarding. A day before I tried webcheckin but they were providing options of worst seats hence I didn't do webcheck-in. But this is how they punished not allowing me to board.
Rude Staffs. They were not ready to accommodate in next flight. Next flight which was almost 12 hours after the scheduled flight -They were charging almost 5 times more.
How will first time fliers know all these rules of a new airlines. Allow the fliers to fly and put some penalty etc.
Along with me there were other first time fliers with Vistara. All left stranded- Missing their entrance exams.
Never again I or such affected people will try for Vistara.
