HI guys,
Check-in counter staff was very helpful and did a prompt service(didn't wasted time on other stuff, was just focused on their duties) . For vistara I had to go to international terminal in Mumbai.(terminal 2)
Customer care:
I by mistake booked wrong flight by paytm(Bombay to Amritsar). I wanted to reach Amritsar on same day but don't know how I booked flight which was having stay at Delhi for 20hrs. I then called Vistara and asked them for help. They told me I will get full refund and they offered me more better deal at more lower cost and which was a direct flight from Bombay to Amritsar. I paid for the new fare and previous flight was canceled by the airlines and I got full refund without any deduction . This shows how well they take care of their customers.
Seating services where worth the money . Very cheerful on board crew.
Overall Had a very nice experience with Vistara. Would love to travel with them again.
