I booked a flight from Varanasi to New Delhi on 11 March 2016. Booking reservation no ZKLSR6.
I reached the airport vistara counter 40 minutes before the scheduled departure. I was denied entry and the counters were shut at my face. I requested a lot but still no one entertained me. I had to take Air India Flight which cost me around 17k. My small nephew(nephew), less than 1 year, cried a lot as he couldnt meet his family in New Delhi. There was other senior citizen who was literally crying and pleading, and the staff was rude to him saying it was his fault.
In Air India the flight was scheduled for 17 20 and the final call was announced 10 minutes
We didn't have any baggage.still vistara staff didn't help us.
