Extremely disappointed to find out that there is no extra allowance allowed for infants unlike Indigo which provides extra baggage allowances. It is almost impossible for a mom to adjust her and her kids baggage within the single individual limit even after paying for the infant carrier charges. This is a torture how on earth can a mom not have infant baggage when traveling. In fact infant requires more small items for her benefit.
Request you to look into it and provide a better solution to this.
If this is how vistara works. It is definitely a torturous experience and will always avoid and DE recommend others to use it.
