Order D9F68-N3A15-1V8, 1 print was cancelled as they were not able to print on the expected date 7-Jan-2016, so they created another order: H5PVD-N3A82-8J2 with a guarantee to be delivered by 14-Jan-2016, They were not able to meet that deadline again so they canceled the order and create a new order: 87VBM-N3A04-8N8 and the call center executive informed that she would personally ensure the delivery by 16-Jan-2016, For every order I had to call the customer care and then I was informed about the cancellation. The page that remains is a page of a 2016 calendar, now I cannot complete the calendar with 1 month missing half Jan is already passed and still waiting. If you have no time constraint and have the patients to wait and talk with the customer care girls than you should go with vistaprint. Note: Do not relay on them if you have a deadline to achieve or else the deadline will be missed.

Today I was informed that the image was not proper. It took vistaprint 3 orders and 1 month to identify that image was not proper and when I downloaded the same image from vistaprint I was able to download it & these were the image details:
Dimension: 750 x 1142
Horizontal resolution: 96dpi
Vertical resolution: 96dpi
Bit depth: 24
Looks like they only print images that are taken from a very high end DSLr's
Stay away from Vistaprint.in or only use high end DSLR images. I was not able to give a star less than 1 else it would be that.

Got a call from Vistaprint executive and apologized for the delay. I was ask to reupload the image as due to some technical problem this particular image was not being able to print; once the new image was uploaded the very next day I got a call from the executive that the print was shipped and the next day I received the print; after receiving the print I again got a call from the same executive asking if the print was satisfactory.
No complains now, my problem has been resolved and the prints are very good, and thank you for the vistaprint executive for personally ensuring that the prints were delerived to me as soon as possible.
