I order for glasses in VISION EXPRESS. Initially they told they will deliver the product in three days. After three days I made a call to them they told there is some holidays that's why it will delay for one more day. After 2 days I called them again they told it's on the way once we reach we will call you.
I called the customer care person to log a complaint.They person take my all details and she told I will call back you in 5 mints but I didn't get any call from her even after 30 mints. Again I made a call to her, They she is telling me that they told you they are going to deliver the product by evening, why you are making a complete.Then I asked her are you going to take my complete . for that she told I have already taken you are complaint in XLsheet.
Still I am waiting for my product.
I don't know who(which genius) designed the business process for VISION EXPRESS.

GENIUS, now a days shops are coming to the customers home to service them.but at your business customer needs to come to your outlets and bug for their product.
I think you are not well defined feed backs and complaints(your employees are taking completes in XL sheet) process.
Need lot of training to your employees when that are speaking to the customers(there is no sincerity in you employees)
In your business there is lot of scope to improve customer support activities like updating the order status to the customer time to time, at least a message also fine.After logging the complaint customer should get acknowledgement for their complaint.
