Bought a power spectacles for my son four months back paying around 4000 Rs.
including the frame. Within 3 months, one glass was completely scratched and this is not the first time my son is wearing specs that he would spoil it so badly in two three months.
Last one bought from Sankara Clinic had no single scratch for almost two years. We are very sure of the substandard material being used and Vision express do not care quality.
Visited their stores to show this and the response was very unfriendly. The staff was not even ready to talk about it. Though the lens were under warranty for six months, they are not ready to replace it. Planning to complain to consumer forum against them.
