The story revolves round the Dixits. Vishwanath Dixit (Vijayendra Ghatge) is a 55-year old rich bussinessman. He lives with his second wife and her children, and his two married sons. Despite his success, his family fails to love and respect him which is what he earns for.
Once, on an official trip to Nagpur, Vishwanath is attacked by a gang. A young girl, Sia Pradhan (Sucheta Khanna), saves him. He takes refuge in her house. . During his stay with the Pradhans, he develops a strong bond with the family members who treat him with love and respect. Vishwanath asks the Pradhans to live in their house, the Pradhans refuse.Then Vishwanath says that someday you'll remember what I said and you'll go to stay at my house.
Vishwanath then returns home to find that nothing has changed. The ensuing controversies and situations force Vishwanath to commit suicide after dividing the wealth between his family and the Pradhans. Find out what happens next...
