My heartfelt thanks goes out to the entire Visas and Permits Team at your Bangalore branch. I got a call from Nahid this morning to let me know that my family’s EOI has been selected for Australian Permanent Residency. I am overwhelmed with excitement and I dont know any other way to express my thankfulness and excitement than to write to you both!
As you both know, It has been a life long dream for my family and my wife to immigrate. I cannot express my appreciation in words how thankful I am to Nahid and the team for helping this family dream of ours come true.
I started my PR application with you in April 2012. You advised me it would take me about 12 months for approval but you have managed to get my PR approved in 9 months. It has been tough and a few obstacles but you have managed to help me through the whole 9 months guiding us every step of the way and getting each stage approved successfully and without stress.
From the bottom of my heart I thank you for managing our expectations. Getting us through each stage of the application with ease, your detailed and up to date knowledge about all the municipal states and helping me choose the correct state for my family and both of our occupations, Nahid for motivating and helping my wife with her English when she last her confidence in May, Nahid your kind words to her and motivating ways got her through it. And I thank you for making our dream come true.
The service that we were given from your company and the relationship that you built with me and my wife over these 9 months reminds me why we wanted to immigrate. We were nervous in the beginning, It was a huge investment for my family, there is a lot of people out there as you know that give you misleading information and inaccurate account of the documents! My Brother had his application refused because documents were done incorrectly by another agency in Hyderabad if you remember me telling you in the beginning why I was so worried about starting and doing full research to find your company. It has turned out such a success and I am very glad I did my research properly to find you guys.
My wife couldn’t be happier and we are all very excited to start this new life in Queensland!
Nahid and Stacy I request you please to come over for dinner one night this week. My wife would like to say thank you again and show you her appreciation.
