I have been living in this city of Vishakhapatnam (Vizag, as it is popularly known as) for sometime. In general people here have worst traffic sense. If you want to go mad with blaring horns this is a right place. You need not have reason to honk horn here.People of vizag do not know when to use High beam or Low beam. When I asked a HONDA CITY driver here if he knew what High beam meant and what a Low beam meant, he was totally at loss till I explained him the difference.
Our Indian Navy (Vizag is headquarter of Eastern Naval Command) jokers are the worst of all here. They are totally devoid of any common sense, they just drive onto the main road without watching out for the traffic on either side. It seems their brains also get cut along with their hair when they join the Navy.These people should be kicked and should be taught to behave properly on the road!!!
