I feel this review is:
There is no meaning for Personal life at virtusa
Every time u need to lick your PM shoes and u need to do PM's personal works for getting A and A+ ratings
There are 2 worst QA Managers in virtusa, they don't have ethics they probe woman employees and try for sexual contact with them
They don't consider employee personal life and employee health
Policies will change on overnights, Stupid HR's HR's are Managers People
It is not at all employee oriented
Most of the accounts are closed no future for exp people
Though you are senior resource u need to report to the Junior resource bcoz he is managers chamcha
For woman it is not advisable to join who have traditional values and respect among their families
