Worst politics for inside sales team in Virtusa. The team leader is the worst human being, he does nothing but shows off everything. The manager who sits in UK only listens to TL cos he is his chamchaa, and one more chamcha for the TL one guy who only cums to office for time-pass.


The VP for sales also listens only the manager, no progress in career.:(
