I am a sufferer as I by mistake nodded my head before getting the delivery of a fruit-juicer(though the thugs claimed it is fruit juicer cum grinder).It was a cash on delivery.Now I will share my bitter experience on this platform to make the customers aware of this group of thugs.
I spotted an ad on facebook of grinder-fruit juicer. I was more interested about the grinder.However I just filled up the online form before purchase though I saw a few offers/discounts which made me confused.It was not sure that I would purchase.Frankly speaking I had never seen such an ad and thats why I was unsurely proceeding as anytime I would have stopped before a purchase very tentatively.Within a few minutes I received a call as I had put my mobile number.A person in Hindi started telling me lie that It was a mixer grinder and juicer.The final price for home delivery would be Rs.1100 he cited.I gave a positive nod for its home delivery. Within a few days it reached and Rs.1100 was paid.before accepting my wife switched on the button and the blade inside did not rotate.She thought the charge was exhausted.She paid and accepted the delievery. After charging this appliance it did not start rotating.We fell from the sky.The machine was out of order.After pressing the button 100 times it started rotating.Again we switched it off and again switched it on.Again it did not start.Therefore the machine must be old or used or out of order.I immediately called and said "send your personnel to take the product and refund the money".First they received the calls and then they disconnected.later I found the no switched off.The phone no 6284410529 is always switched it off but this number you will find on their website.I called at a number from which I had received a call before I ordered the delivery and even I dont know why I had ordered for it.
Ridiculously later they( a group of people) sent me a mail and even sometimes told me to send it back paying our own expenditure.That means I will send it to their Mohali cheating office and then their is no reliability what will happen.I mailed them repeatedly to refund money.I also mentioned my bank account number with IFSC but now they are sending mail that only I need to courier the product and then further steps will be taken.I only want Rs.1100 to be deposited in my account.Their website is https://viraldeals.co/pages/contact-us
They are thugs and the same product is available at 530-620 Rs. on all other eCommerce sites like shopclues/amazon and many more.They do not have a network to deal with customers and they are not refunding money and taking the product back.It iss a full cheat.Do not buy any product from them.
