Worst experience with reception lady at Vinaya Clinic.... Today morning (28/08/23) I tried several occasions to call the mobile number 090088 6xxxx after 9.30 am... But there was no response.
Subsequently I visited straight to the clinic to book the appointment to my mother... I was really shocked the way that rude reception lady was speaking..
Finally I got my mother appointment from City hospital with very cooperative staff and took her home.
Dr Hansraj Alva is famous doctor in Mangalore and I also like his experience in the field of medicine... But his staff??
The doctor does not have an attitude for his name and fame but his reception lady is having king size ego
